Craftsmanship and imagination are alive and well in the pastry case at Floriole from heralded baker Sandra Holl. A Star Chef nominee, graduate of California Culinary Academy, and winner of the coveted 2015 Jean Banchet Award for Pastry Chef of the Year, Holl got her start at Chicago’s famed Green City Market and later opened her Lincoln Park café in 2010, where her commitment to local ingredients shined.

At Politan Row Chicago, Holl offers many of her Floriole staples through an all-day menu from breakfast to sweets, including favorites such as ricotta toast, deep dish quiches, and an assortment of sweet galettes.
