PIKO STREET KITCHEN
Modern Asian Street Food
From celebrated food truck to chef-driven food hall, cousins Eric and Dan Hattori bring PIKO Street Kitchen to Politan Row Chicago and showcase their creativity through the combination of three generations of family recipes, decades of travel, and a deep love of street food. In 2014, the cousins walked away from their corporate jobs to act on their passion and brought modern Asian street food to the streets of Chicago.
Named after Eric’s mother Pia and father Hiko, PIKO expands the beloved concept at Politan Row Chicago, where they are joined by lifelong family friend Winston Feng to honor traditional family recipes with high-quality ingredients and new techniques. Their exploratory menu features Korean bibimbap, Vietnamese bun cha, Singaporean chicken rice, and PIKO’s signature food truck favorite, pork belly bao.
